Challenges
The high standards at this HOA would be a big challenge for any landscape firm. Additionally, many areas require constant upkeep, or those standards cannot be met. A property this large has many more high-visibility locations than average neighborhoods - pools, pocket parks, and even an amphitheater. Events are plentiful too, which can make scheduling tricky.
