In the 6 years Kathy and I have lived here I think I have provided feedback twice – once rather negative when it was still Acres, and then another time much more favorable not long after it became Yellowstone.
Well, today I was out having my morning cigar while the crew was doing their work here in Marquette. It struck me that for the past 2-3 years I’ve been nothing but pleased with our landscaping care. The crews, while appearing to be slightly smaller these days, seem to get the job much more quickly, and the results couldn’t be better. Not only that, but the entire crew couldn’t be any friendlier, whether they’re just driving by in their trucks or actually working in my yard. Rather than feeling like some commercial company is taking care of my yard, it’s more like family members are doing the job for me.
Please let whoever trains and organizes these crews know that they should be proud of their efforts, as should the crews, themselves.
