BIO Landscape & Maintenance, Inc., a Yellowstone Landscape Group company ends the year with a strategic acquisition of Agrilawn, a leading commercial landscaping company in Texas

In October of 2009, BIO acquired Outdoor Environments, LLC; a Houston based commercial landscape maintenance company. In December of 2009, BIO acquired Texas Services, Ltd., a sustainable Tree Care focused lawn maintenance and landscaping company in Houston. In May of 2010, the company expanded its geographic footprint by opening a maintenance branch in Beaumont and in July of 2010, acquired Forest Hills Lawn Service, Inc., a lawn maintenance and landscaping company in Dallas. BIO will open a Woodlands Branch in North Houston this month.
